As well as a pornographic actress, Francesca Le has directed over 100 films and starred in over 400 productions. In 1990 she started in the adult industry but in 1994 retired from performing. She worked at Extreme Associates in sales and this is where she met her future husband Mark Wood. In the year 2000 she returned to performing and started a pornographic production outlet called LeWood in 2002 with her husband and both work as directors and performers. In 2011 she won the NightMoves Adult Awards for Best MILF (Fan's Choice).
